Service Procedure

Step. 1
Conformance Testing
- Identify fabric types and sew mockups for seam sealing
- Sealing tests by condition (Temperature, Pressure, Speed)
- Visually evaluate seam pucker occurrence and establish optimal conditions
Step. 2
Testing Water resistance
- Measuring the resistance of a surface to wetting by water at depth
- Measure the pressure when the mockup shows a droplet at a constant pressure
- High and low hydrostatic measurements
Step. 3
Laundry Test
- Measure durability by washing
- Measuring lift and drop due to friction forces from repeated washings
- Measuring durability by water temperature
Step. 4
Testing Adhesion
- Adhesion/bonding of two layers of fabric to measure the resistance that the fabric will withstand when separated from each other
- Measuring changes in adhesive strength due to washing
- Measure adhesion strength under severe bending, abrasion, and tension
Step. 5
Appearance Testing
- Measure resistance over temperature, humidity
- Measure puckering, fluttering, and falling
